As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Didn't get it?

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from DreamChasers.
2. If you checked out with Shop Pay, open the Shop app — your order and live tracking are already there.
3. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number (it looks like #1234) and we'll send your tracking right away.

Made-to-order pieces show their production time on the product page — tracking is sent when production finishes and the piece ships.
