How fast do orders ship?

In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days with tracking. Made-to-order pieces (marked on the product page) take 2–5 business weeks of production before shipping.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also check any time on the Track Order page.

What if my size doesn't fit?

Check the Size Guide before ordering. If it still doesn't work, contact us within 14 days of delivery — unworn with tags on — and we'll sort an exchange per our refund policy.

Will sold-out pieces restock?

Some do, most don't — drops are limited by design. Use the restock alert on any sold-out product, or join the VIP list for first access to the next drop.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at a secure Shopify checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
